Our goal for Design to Build is to work closely with the Homeowners from start to finish.  This is a great foundation for the project on both our end and yours as everything is communicated and taken care of under one roof, ours.  This helps the homeowner to know that things will be handled professionally and diligently to help the process move along smoothly.

Within the first estimating/design meeting we will gather all information to get a feel of who you are, what your ideas are for your space, as well as what the desired budget is for the project.  With this all-in mind we can move forward to the signing of our Design/Build Agreement, which requires a down payment, and will ensure you a spot on our project schedule and lets us know we can start designing!

You’d then meet with our Designer who will help to get the plans together to your specifics and help you make those exciting selections and details.  While working with our Designer, all information and details would easily be able to be transferred or communicated to the Project Estimator/Manager or Carpenters in our office for any questions, concerns or simply when things are ready to move along to the next stage in the process.
